Experience:

• 5 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Real Estate

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil.
• Should be Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from reputed universities: BUET/ BUET/ RUET /KUET /CHUET /IUT / BRAC /NSU /MIST (preferable).
• Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering (Must be passed any Govt polytechnic)

• 5 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Real Estate

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and local regulations.
• Leadership and project management skills.
• Effective communication and team management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Additional Requirements

• Must be fluent in English both writing and speaking
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD
• Must stay on plant / site 6 days a week.
• Exprence in govt. project will keep knowledge on varation, less / excoss, agree rate,
• Must be proper knowledge in M.B. writing or IPC.

• Site Supervision

• Study all types of drawings like Rajuk Plan, Architectural, Structural, Perspective to find out any dissimilarity/Deviation for correction from respective departments.

• Supervise project works and Ensure smooth operation of project activities as per Work Schedule.

• Maintaining proper documentation of project-related works.

• Check contractor work progress, quality with performance and Checked Contactor bill.

• Responsible to complete project works within the schedule time.

• Ensuring quality of construction materials at the site.

• Checking & ensuring the safety and security of construction works and workers.

• Materials receiving & distribution for projects, update material record.

• Coordination with purchase department for supply of materials.

• Maintain store, utility records & update bill information.

• Ensure safety, security, and cleanness.

• Festive Bonus: 2 Yearly ( After 6 month matuarity)
