We are Looking for Senior Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Frequent visit & monitor after sales service operations
  • Train the technicians and proper guidance to meet the service quality of Saif Engineering standards
  • Manage critical customers/complaints, ensure customer`s feedback on after sales service and take corrective actions to increase Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
  • Gather after sales service data, analyze, take corrective actions and reporting to Head Office.
  • Coordinate with head office for technician training, supply and billing process.
