Job Context:
∎ ASL BPO is a BPO / Outsourcing Firm that provides outsourcing solutions to foreign clients. We are looking to create a digital marketing team with experienced members consisting of an SEO expert, Content Writers, Social Media marketers, Web Developers, etc.
∎ We are looking for hiring an experienced SEO and Digital Marketing Expert who can help the company rank in SERPS in Google and Bing Search Engine and help drive the company with getting clients and increasing sales.
∎ In this position, the candidate will be managing a team and will be involved in developing SEO & digital marketing strategies, implementing these strategies & sales plans, and creative planning and execution of all the digital marketing campaigns, including good knowledge of developing graphics & marketing areas and expert in SEO.
∎ The candidate must be willing to stay long-term, be willing to grow with the company, and increase his or her expertise in the field through learning about SEO and Digital Marketing from Digital Marketing Gurus like Rand Fishkin and Neil Patel`s blogs
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage a team of SEO content writers, Social Media marketers, graphics designers, etc. to plan and execute all SEO/SEM/SMM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
∎ Must have the intent of learning more about SEO and Digital Marketing and stay up to date with the latest trends and tactics.
∎ Must have deep knowledge in White-hat SEO, on-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO, and on link building strategies
∎ Work with content writer to write blog posts that help reach potential clients through organic search and rank in SERP
∎ Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization
∎ Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
∎ Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success
∎ Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing including on-page and off-page optimization
∎ Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
∎ Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
∎ Research and analyze competitor advertising links
∎ Be able to research how international competitors are ranking and building links and then develop and execute strategies to overcome the competitor's SERP ranking
∎ Develop and implement link building strategy
∎ Work with the Web Developer to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
∎ Work with Content Writer to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
∎ Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
∎ Experience using SEO tools such as Ubersuggest, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Trends, Analytics, Google Webmaster, Link Research Tools, etc.
∎ Identify and handle crawl errors, sitemaps, site speed issues, and any other technical issues that can affect rankings and traffic
∎ Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, and identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
∎ Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
∎ Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
∎ Work with the social media marketer to manage the company's social media account and implement social media marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Youtube, etc.
∎ Creative planning and designing for all the digital marketing campaigns.
∎ Be able to do A/B testing for digital marketing to analyze and optimize campaigns and see what works and what not
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ English Proficiency Level: Excellent.
∎ Keyword research/analysis for Google, Bing, and Yahoo.
∎ Knowledge and experience in, in-depth SEO analysis, SEO Strategy, and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites.
∎ Provide Content Planning, optimized titles, meta tags, and internal linking for all website pages.
∎ Planning and Implementing link-building strategies as per Google algorithms.
∎ Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing industry trends and developments.
∎ In-depth knowledge of Google algorithms and updates.
∎ Proven track record to rank websites on Google.
∎ Experience working with CMS environments.
∎ SMM, SMO, and marketplace work experience will be a plus.
∎ Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
∎ Self and quick learning capabilities.
∎ All other SEO tasks as per our company are needed.
∎ IELTS would be a plus; Score: 8.0
Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable within the range depending upon how much the candidate has expertise in SEO and Digital Marketing
Day Shift 9 AM to 6 PM. 6 days a week job
