∎ - Finding contacts & sending emails
∎ - Replying emails and building rapport with webmasters
∎ - Content idea generation for guest posting
∎ - Communication with content writers
∎ - Managing a team
∎ - Setting and achieving targets
∎ - Training & development of staff
∎ KSA( Knowledge Skills and Attributes):

Additional Requirements:
