Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science
∎ Graduate in computer science or relevant fields. Preferred industry standard certifications (e.g. CEH/CPEH, CSA, CPT/LPT, CISA/CFR, CISM/CISSP/CCISO, CDFE/CHFI etc.)
∎ CGPA- 2.5 or above in scale of 4 or no 3rd Division.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform day to day operations of the Information security department.
∎ Perform vulnerability assessment & penetration tests on computer systems, networks and applications testing periodically/need to have basis.
∎ Create new testing methods to identify vulnerabilities.
∎ Pinpoint methods and entry points those attackers may use to exploit vulnerabilities or weaknesses.
∎ Perform threat management task & take proactive measures accordingly.
∎ Search for weaknesses in common software, web applications and proprietary systems.
∎ Research, evaluate, document and discuss findings with IT teams and management.
∎ Review and provide feedback for information security fixes.
∎ Establish improvements for existing security services, including hardware, software, policies and procedures.
∎ Maintain compliances of Bangladesh Bank, PCI DSS, ISO and SWIFT CSP etc.
∎ Creates and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and hardening issues.
∎ Identify areas where improvement is needed in security education and awareness for users.
∎ Carry out ICT risk assessments and provide recommendations of appropriate and adequate IT security controls to mitigate and minimize ICT Risks and maintain the IT risk register.
∎ Stay updated on the latest malware and security threats life-cycle.
∎ Possess advanced analytical skills and strong ability to maintain calmness and being smart under highly stressful situations.
∎ Participate in Cyber Security IR process and support on Security Operation center (SOC) function.
∎ Support a 24/7 coverage schedule when required as part of segregation of duties.
∎ Knowledge on forensic analysis – Disk, Malware forensic etc
∎ Should have comprehensive knowledge on infrastructure network, protocols & Linux platform Perform other Information security job-related duties as assigned.
∎ Coordinate with all the stakeholder to addresses any security issue till the end

∎ Strong time management skills with the ability for multitasking.
∎ Information Security and operational oriented mind-set.
∎ Keen on entering the information security world and developing oneself in that direction.
∎ Well-developed logical thinking capabilities, in order to be able to investigate cases. Able to work in shift schedule.
∎ Should have strong communication skill.
