Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the strategic direction for the combined sales, application and service team, achieve bookings targets for product and services, win all major strategic design-ins, increase our market share and margins and improve the productivity and cost efficiency across the customer team.
∎ Provide input to key strategic decisions concerning resource prioritization, pricing, positioning, product marketing, engineering roadmaps and differentiation.
∎ Identify and evaluate business opportunities strategic to Teton Private Ltd through market research and analysis, external relationships, and other means.
∎ Develop and lead strategic alliances and partnerships to support Teton's best in class product initiative.
∎ Analyze and glean important insights from operational data to provide strategic recommendations to the sales & leadership team on how to improve business and sales metrics.
∎ Develop, direct, and oversee appropriate online Sales & Retail strategy to maximize the possibilities of meeting and/or exceeding the company's objectives.
∎ Develop online sales strategy to ensure brand and launch targets are achieved and brand image at point of sale is maintained.
∎ Plan, phase, and analyze retail sales giving monthly and yearly report.
∎ Analyze results and key KPIs of strategy and report to VP Engineering, making changes as necessary.
∎ Qualify opportunities; create target lists for vertical markets
∎ Monitor inventory, negotiate prices, enter and monitor order start, facilitate credit issues and negotiate returns
∎ Personally develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted firms.
∎ Follow up and ensure total client satisfaction throughout the life cycle of the relationship
∎ Support the team, market research and competitive positioning analysis in partnership with
∎ regional pre-sales, marketing and product development staff.
∎ Assesses customer needs and feedback regarding new products and/or modifications to existing products and communicates to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
