Responsibilities & Context:

Microtools is one of the leading Bearing, Belt, Air Compressor, Lubrication & other power transmission products, Industrial products sales & service companies in Bangladesh. Micro Tools & Machineries is seeking applications from competent, dynamic, dedicated, and self-motivated persons to enhance business growth and maximize profits for the company by formulating strategies and executing services.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to promote Mitshuboshi Belts and achieve sales targets.

  • Promote and sell SKF & NSK Bearings, lubrication products, power transmission products, and industrial products to customers in the assigned territory or market segment.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase sales revenue across multiple product lines.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing excellent customer service and support.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers about the features and benefits of our products.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials tailored to each product category.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats in the bearing, lubrication, and power transmission product segments.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance and progress toward sales targets for each product category.

  • Coordinate with the logistics and distribution team to ensure timely delivery of products and efficient inventory management across all product lines.

  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers as needed, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to network with potential clients and promote our comprehensive range of products.

  • Maintain Vibration analysis to know the product condition.

  • Alignment of the machine and products.Responsible for data collection from machine.

  • Responsible for all types of industrial bearing installation.

  • Responsible for all types of industrial belt installation.

  • Root cause failure analysis.
