What We’re Looking For

Experience: 5 years+ in sales, preferably in solar/engineering sectors (exceptional candidates from other disciplines are welcome).

Skills:

  • Prior experience with Huawei, Growatt, Solis, Sungrow, SMA, or similar technologies preferred
  • Experience working with EPCs, C&I solar, IPP developers, and industrial groups.
  • Knowledge of SREDA, BSTI, and PDB procurement processes.

We work closely with major Chinese EPCs, IPP developers, and industrial groups. We specialize in high-quality solar products, including solar panels, inverters, cables, structures, and other essential accessories.

Your Role

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will:

  • Actively visit businesses, factories, retail shops, and other potential clients across the country to drive sales and build relationships.

  • Present and promote our solar solutions to meet client needs, showcasing confidence, fluency in communication, and strong persuasion skills.

  • Develop new business opportunities and nurture existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent service and support to clients.

  • Omni Channel Marketing Supervision (Physical and Digital)
