Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC products, including central air conditioning systems, VRF Systems, Chillers, Packaged-Type Air Conditioners, and Split-Type Air Conditioners.
Maintain regular communication and strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors to generate inquiries and secure projects.
Study tender documents and BOQs to understand project requirements and coordinate with the engineering team for technical inputs.
Coordinating in preparation and summation of commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents in coordination with the engineering department.
Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients to explain system features, benefits, and compliance with project specifications.
Follow up on submitted quotations and proposals to negotiate pricing, terms, and finalize sales orders.
Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets as per company policy.
Collect, analyze, and regularly update market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing strategies, and upcoming or potential projects.
Coordinate closely with internal departments—Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Project Teams—to ensure smooth order execution, accurate documentation, and timely delivery.
Ensure all required documentation, including work orders, contracts, client approvals, technical confirmations, and agreed payment terms, is completed before order confirmation.
Monitor client payment status and actively support the Accounts/ Finance team in ensuring timely collection in accordance with agreed contractual terms.
Participate in site visits, client meetings, coordination meetings, and project review sessions as required to support sales and project execution activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and sales status.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and professional conduct at all times.
Carry out any other sales-related or business development responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
