Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and tech-savvy Male /Female candidate to manage our online platform operations. The role involves handling website management, online sales activities, customer support, and live selling sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the company website regularly
Manage online sales across digital platforms (e.g., Facebook, website, marketplaces)
Provide prompt and professional customer support (inbox, calls, chats)
Coordinate and ensure smooth product delivery with logistics team
Conduct live (online) sessions for product promotion and sales
Process and track orders, ensuring customer satisfaction
Monitor online engagement and suggest improvement strategies
