Experience:
Bachelor’s degree /BBA/MBA in Marketing
3–6 years of experience in land sales, real estate marketing or property development.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of land laws, registration and documentation.
Market analysis and strategic planning ability.
Customer relationship management (CRM).
Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
Strong networking ability with brokers, agents and stakeholders.
Handling land-related documentation and client dealings is preferred.
1. Sales & Business Development
Achieve assigned sales targets for land projects.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, investors and brokers.
Conduct site visits and client presentations to promote land projects.
2. Marketing & Promotion
Plan and implement marketing campaigns (digital, print and field marketing).
Coordinate with advertising agencies for promotional materials and campaigns.
Organize and participate in land fairs, exhibitions and promotional events.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
3. Client Handling & Documentation
Provide detailed information to clients regarding land location, pricing, legal status and benefits.
Assist clients in documentation, booking and registration processes.
Ensure proper follow-up with prospective and existing clients.
4. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with legal, survey and development teams regarding land status and documentation.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
5. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and company policies.
Verify land documents in coordination with legal and land departments.
Minimize risks related to land disputes and ownership issues.
