  • 3–6 years of experience in land sales, real estate marketing or property development.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of land laws, registration and documentation.

  • Market analysis and strategic planning ability.

  • Customer relationship management (CRM).

  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.

  • Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.

  • Strong networking ability with brokers, agents and stakeholders.

  • Handling land-related documentation and client dealings is preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve assigned sales targets for land projects.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, investors and brokers.

  • Conduct site visits and client presentations to promote land projects.

2. Marketing & Promotion

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns (digital, print and field marketing).

  • Coordinate with advertising agencies for promotional materials and campaigns.

  • Organize and participate in land fairs, exhibitions and promotional events.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

3. Client Handling & Documentation

  • Provide detailed information to clients regarding land location, pricing, legal status and benefits.

  • Assist clients in documentation, booking and registration processes.

  • Ensure proper follow-up with prospective and existing clients.

4. Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with legal, survey and development teams regarding land status and documentation.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

5. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and company policies.

  • Verify land documents in coordination with legal and land departments.

  • Minimize risks related to land disputes and ownership issues.
