Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, Tally ERP 9
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Trading or Export/Import
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proper bookkeeping using Tally ERP 9 software.
∎ Maintain Financial Records and Processing of transactions.
∎ Accounts Payable and receivable Management and proper statement generation.
∎ Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement at the month's end.
∎ Inventory Management & Maintain Party Ledger.
∎ Confirm Accounting entries in software on a daily basis.
∎ Keep good knowledge in checking parties
∎ Responsible for maintaining day-to-day general Banking.
∎ Payment disbursement of Cash and cheque.
∎ Posting all kind of Debit, Credit and journal vouchers in Tally ERP 9 software maintain documentation timely.
∎ To maintain a proper documentation system for future reference
∎ Prepare, check and verify all kinds of bills, salary sheets, and vouchers to ensure accurate accounting transactions.
∎ Handling cash book, party ledger, stock ledger & other accounts-related issues.
∎ Managing petty cash transactions & banking statements.
∎ Should have expertise in preparing monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements.
∎ Import L/C opening, Customs clearing & all kinds of commercial works.
∎ Liability account maintaining & related works with bank.
∎ Generating customer bills and submission of bills directly to customers.
∎ Collection of receivable amounts from customers.
∎ Any task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have keen knowledge and experience on Tally ERP 9
∎ Must have keen knowledge and experience on Microsoft Word and Excel
∎ Must have the skill of multitasking
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure
∎ Must be hardworking, friendly, and has to have the power of convincing
∎ Must be able to do outdoor activities
