1. Department Leadership & Team Management

• Minimum 10–15 Years’ experience B. Sc. Electrical Engineer in Real Estate Sector (Edge limit 32 year to 40 year.).

• Lead and manage a team of 10–15 Electrical Engineers and Supervisors across multiple projects.

• Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of design and site execution.

• Develop team capability through technical guidance, training, and mentoring.

• Act as the Electrical operation Team Leader for all company projects.

2. Multi-Project Electrical Planning & Strategy

• Oversee electrical design and execution for multiple high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

• Develop standard design guidelines, SOPs, and best practices aligned with top-tier developers.

• Ensure all projects maintain uniform quality, safety, and performance standards.

3. Advanced Electrical Design Oversight

• SLD, Load Calculations, Transformer & Generator Sizing

• HT/LT system design, Substation planning, BBT

• Earthing, Lightning Protection, Solar, Lift and ELV systems

• MEP superimposed design prepare & review

• Ensure compliance with BNBC, IEC and DPDC/DESCO regulations.

• Lead value engineering to optimize cost vs performance for high-end developments.

4. Authority & Stakeholder Coordination

• Manage high-level coordination with:

  • DPDC / DESCO / REB for load approval and connection (if required)

  • Solar approval coordination

  • Fire Service & Civil Defense (FSCD) for fire safety compliance (if required)

• Represent the company in technical meetings with consultants, clients, and authorities.

5. Site Execution & Supervision Control

• Supervise overall execution of electrical works across all sites:

  • Substation, Generator, MDB/SMDB, cabling, façade lighting

• Conduct regular site audits to ensure:

  • Work quality meets premium developer standards

  • Timelines and milestones are achieved

• Resolve complex site issues (e.g., basement coordination, façade lighting integration).

6. Testing, Commissioning & Handover

• Oversee commissioning of:

  • HT/LT systems, Transformers, Generators, synchronization panels

  • Fire alarm, emergency lighting, Solar, Lift, MV, HVAC & ELV System and automation systems

• Ensure smooth project handover with complete documentation and client satisfaction.

7. Budgeting, Cost Control & Procurement

• Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, and technical specifications.

• Control project electrical budgets across multiple sites.

• Ensure cost optimization without compromising quality and brand value.

8. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, Plumbing, EM, Interior, Sales Team and Procurement teams.

• Ensure proper integration of EME services in high-end buildings.

• Lead Electro-Mechanical coordination meetings across projects.

9. Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Establish and enforce QA/QC procedures for electrical works.

• Ensure all projects comply with BNBC, DPDC/DESCO, FSCD, and international standards.

• Conduct risk assessment and implement corrective/preventive actions.

10. Reporting & Management Communication

• Provide regular updates to EME Head on:

  • Site Supervision & Project progress

  • Budget status

  • Risks and delays

• Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and strategic planning documents.

11. Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and multi-project management experience

• Deep knowledge of high-rise building electrical systems in Bangladesh

• Expertise in substation, generator, and advanced electrical infrastructure

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability

• Software: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, MS Project.

• Ability to handle both design Work + site execution under pressure
