Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in CSE/ICT/ICE/EEE/Telecommunications or equivalent discipline from a reputed public and private universities.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Extensive knowledge of the full embedded development cycle including design, integration and test, compliance, and production release.
∎ Proven knowledge of device connectivity standards, such as Wi-Fi, Ethernet, BLE, Cellular, LoRa.
∎ Good understanding of analog/digital circuit, electrical design considerations, RF knowledge, protocol etc.
∎ Knowledge in PCB designing and familiarity in tools like proteus, eagle is a plus.
∎ Strong microcontroller programming skills with the knowledge of sensor Interfaces, Communication Technologies.
∎ Strong working skills on C, C++ & Python programming.
∎ Working experience in Linux environment.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Technology prospecting for unique solutions and features via industry research and staying aware of evolving technology developments.
∎ Independently solve complex technical issues and provide solutions to problems using both creative processes and analytical methods.
∎ Develop design concepts or models, contribute to prototype and MVP development through “innovation pipeline”-from ‘idea’ stage to product and service development.
∎ Develop test methods, standards and protocols supporting implementation of new material designs.
∎ Execute broad engineering knowledge to design and development new products, product changes and enhancements.
∎ Design and implement end-to-end product and solutions for showcasing quick prototypes for idea demonstrations and exhibitions.
∎ Collaborating with the Technology and Marketing department on product feasibility.
∎ Do research on existing products and services and find out the loophole and provide recommendations.
∎ Develop and apply innovation design thinking and demonstrate a passionate to new emerging technologies and its applications.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong verbal and written communications skills both English and Bangla
∎ Be Self-driven and able to work independently as well as in a team.
∎ Passion in R&D, hardworking, analytical, and systematic.
∎ Candidate should be a flexible and quick learner of new technologies and should be able to adapt to a growing and rapidly evolving environment.
∎ Being very responsible and having an ownership taking mentality.
