∎ Graduation in any discipline with good academic track record.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the Quality Controllers and ensure timely shipment of Knit & Woven Products as per buyers requirement.
∎ The ideal candidate has to develop & ensure effective follow up system for proper & timely execution of garments products orders in different outsourced factories.
∎ Candidates are eligible to apply only if the following requirements are attained :
∎ Must have worked with Knit and woven products
∎ Ability to supervise quality controllers assigned in each factory.
∎ Skilled in Print Management, Technical Support, Production Management & Technical Leadership
∎ Production follow-up and perform PP Meeting, in-line, Pre-final and final inspection.
∎ Ability to prepare inspection reports for Customers.
∎ Sample evaluation (i.e. salesman, pre-order, size set, photo, pre-production, and production samples) and Laboratory test (Physical & Fastness).
∎ Experienced in following up production status and ensure that all shipment schedules are maintained
∎ Ability to communicate technical sheet send by the Customer to the factory/production staff.
∎ Ability to approve fabric shades and accessories as per Customer’s requirement.
∎ Perform factory evaluations and audits.
∎ Needs to have full and in depth insight to standard AQL system.
∎ Must be able to provide detailed reports of regular activities and work progresses to relevant concern.

∎ Candidates having minimum 07 years of hands on experience in reputed Buying Office in the same capacity as mentioned in the ad are only encouraged to apply.
∎ The candidate should have sound knowledge on Knit & woven products & has ability to maintain quality in every steps of production till shipment.
∎ The candidates have to maintain effective relationship with the factory production team.
∎ Should have proven Leadership & coordination skills
∎ Should be punctual, self-motivated, sincere , hard working & result oriented
∎ Should have working knowledge on computer applications.
