Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduation from any accredited and reputed university.
∎ Technical Qualification on Textile Technology will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Quality, Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct pre-production/ in line/ mid line and Final Inspections in stationed factories.
∎ To approve the quality of raw materials like fabrics, trims and accessories before manufacturing begins.
∎ Follow up with factory on production/delivery dates.
∎ Follow up basic compliance issues in factories.
∎ Follow on buyer quality standards are maintaining in factory.
∎ Inform Merchandising/ Top management if factory not following production /shipment plans.
∎ Production samples to review and send on time.
∎ After completion production, to conduct final in-depth Inspection, before signing off and approving the product.
∎ To find out the faults in both materials and the manufacturing process.
∎ Correcting those faults to ensures a better finished product for buyer satisfaction.
∎ Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Must have thorough knowledge and understanding about the Quality Management System.
∎ Should have excellent communications skills in both written and spoken English and Bengali.
∎ Should be proficient in the use of computer, specially MS Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Data Base Management, etc.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal skills, proven ability to manage team and deal with multi-level stakeholders.
∎ Should be proactive as well as reactive and able to work in a pressured environment.
