Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Basic Requirements:
∎ Receive and record incoming materials into the store, issue and record materials removed from the store.
∎ Ensure proper storage of materials within the store according to stock locations.
∎ Make sure of input all daily transactions of materials and update the balance regularly.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage and preventive pilferage.
∎ Maintain accurate and updated records of inventory.
∎ Assist Procurement department in forecasting material requirements.
∎ Should have a positive and flexible attitude.
∎ Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
∎ Review operations schedules and production requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management as and when required.

∎ Must be good at English Communication.
∎ Must be good at MS Excel
