Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have at least a Master's degree
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide standard mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) care and Non-Drug treatments to complicated mental disorder to GBV survivors and also child case.
∎ Conduct MH Assessment to complicated mental disorder to GBV survivor and child case which required by case management officers.
∎ Provide MHPSS care and Non-drug treatment to GBV survivors who present complicated mental health and psychological distress which required by case management officers.
∎ Closely collaborate with all other staffs working on WFS and CFS centers.
∎ Maintain proper and secured documentation of case work and other relevant.
∎ Conducted training to Staffs and volunteer's topics relevant to MHPSS
∎ Reporting to Programme Manager bi-weekly report and monthly report or as requirement.
∎ Represents Good Neighbors Bangladesh in inter-agency coordination eg. MHPSS working group, CiC coordination meeting, sub-sector meetings Etc.
∎ Look after the all activity or responsible for all field level operational work.
∎ Look after the all staff's, volunteer's wellbeing and provide MHPSS support if required.
∎ Facilitate peer group PSS support sessions
∎ Reflect vision and values of GNB when interacting with team members, volunteers and beneficiaries
∎ Assist in setting referral pathways, receive PSS referrals (internal/external), follow-up on referrals and provide feedback of actions taken
∎ Oversee PSS activity monitoring at field level and ensure the collection of quality data
∎ Share information on field-level successes and challenges with the respective supervisor
∎ Support in making referrals to local protection agencies where required.
∎ Ensure constant and transparent communication and collaboration with relevant community structures and leaders
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have practical experience in humanitarian related work.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Experience working with multi culture communities.
∎ Can follow the working plan and program implements
∎ Committed to GNB Core Values and Mission Statement.
∎ Must know Chitagangiya/Rohingya language.
∎ Newly graduated female candidates are also encouraged to apply.
Salary: Tk. 65000 - 70000 (Monthly)
