Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for leading the implementation of this project across the country and provide both technical and managerial support to the implementing partner NGOs (seven to nine organizations) including district model at Barishal division. S/he will effectively manage and guide the project. The number of key partners will include 7 to 9 reputed National NGOs, Key Ministries and of course GIU and A2I. Three key outcomes from this position are:
∎ Lead the scale up of the child marriage prevention digital solution and training of key stakeholders across 59 districts of Bangladesh.
∎ Ensure implementation of the comprehensive district model approach in Bhola and Jhalokathi.
∎ Ensure that the learnings of the project effectively influence the national plan of action to combat child marriage in Bangladesh and inform Plan's approach to tackle child marriage in Bangladesh and globally.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5-6 years' experience of managing grants project, preferably on rights and protection of children, girls and young people. You must have all aspects of managerial experience including managing large project budgets. Experience in developing project planning, implementation guidelines, complex decision making and leading a multi-disciplinary team. As the project works with national NGOs and govt. bodies, so you must have proven experience of working in partnership with national & local NGOs and government bodies and also need the experience in representation and negotiation with governments and donors.
