Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be a part of the Monitoring and Evaluation Cell in Head office.
∎ Responsible for achieving goals as per half yearly/ Yearly Monitoring and Evaluation Plan.
∎ Prepare Logical framework for assigned projects and monitoring accordingly.
∎ To develop monitoring mechanism and tools by formulating SMART indicators based on the project goal, objectives, activities and outputs with due consultation with Manager - Monitoring & Evaluation.
∎ To conduct monthly/quarterly systematic monitoring on the assigned project implementation, prepare monitoring reports, provide support and practical guidance to management to ensure the quantity and quality.
∎ Ensure coordination and communication among the project team and with different stakeholders for proper monitoring and evaluation of the assigned project activities.
∎ Monitor the quality of service delivery and ensure appropriate steps are taken to enhance the quality of service delivery.
∎ Evaluate the qualitative and quantitative achievements as per work plan in accordance with the organizational mission/ goals and objectives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2-3 years M & E experience in any International or, National NGO.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have proven skill and experience in interpreting quantitative and qualitative narrative information and report writing in Bangla and English and also have computer software mainly on spread sheet, electronic databases, website base date uploading and internet browsing.
∎ Conduct/Assist research /survey on different Projects as needed.
∎ Ensure quantitative & qualitative data is accurate, reliable, timely, complete and precise in required compliance
∎ Measure progress in terms of output and outcome.
∎ data collection, analysis report and periodic monitoring report for the assigned projects;
∎ Good knowledge on ICT based monitoring system.
∎ Candidates having knowledge on SPSS and other statistical software will be given preference.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Head Office, Chattogram with extensive field visit in the coastal districts of Bangladesh.
Salary: Negotiable
