Job Context:
∎ RDRS Bangladesh, a reputed national NGO is inviting applications to fill the position of Senior Program Manager for its Out of School Children Education Program (OoSCEP) under Bureau of Non-Formal Education (BNFE), Government of The People`s Republic of Bangladesh for immediate appointment.
∎ The position is based in Sylhet and 80% Time will be used for field level program implementation and 20% time will be used for Program Coordination.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project activity monitoring and supervision.
∎ Visit & facilitating role play in NFE School and maintain all cooperation guidelines to DPM, UPM, Program Supervisor & Non Formal Education school teacher.
∎ Maintain regular correspondences with LGI, BNFE, DPE, SMC, PTA, Teachers, Parents, Local Elites and share about present condition of OsSCEP activities towards improvements.
∎ Provide direction to DPM, UPM, PS for Arrange meeting, workshops and training and facilitate in these events following different guidelines.
∎ Attend in different meeting seminars; workshops arranged by community & local institutions and share OoSCE Program model in the audience.
∎ Report preparation, survey, evaluation, researches and support to internal visitors at his/her concerned catchment area.
∎ Formulation standard action plan and ensure the implementation of the program according to the plan of action at the district, upazila and school level.
∎ Prepare and submit of all monthly visiting plan, action plan, administrative applications and bill vouchers to concern Program Head for smooth operation.
∎ Preserve and maintain data, information and records for types of report preparation and submission as needed flowing time line and standard.
∎ Programmatic liaison with upazila, district and local elite.
∎ Regular communication and coordination with Program Head BNFE office.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Candidate must have at least 7 (seven) years of experience in implementation of education curriculum (formal or non-formal) in rural or urban areas. Must have to experience in program implementation, supervision, monitoring & evaluation and coordination with different development associate organization and stakeholders.
∎ Should have computer skills and report preparation skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Inter-personal communication skills, teamwork and networking, documentation,
∎ Pedagogy, Teaching-Learning process, Children Assessment, Liaison with Local
∎ Government and primary school and community Mobilization.
∎ Age may be relaxed for deserving candidates.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 65000 (Monthly)
∎ Other benefits will be provided as per project budget.
