∎ Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
∎ Proficient in computer operation like: Windows, MS Office, Excel, Power-point, Microsoft Outlook.

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ SUMMARY:
∎ Execution of quotation and samplings by directly work with Production, Sampling, Sourcing team
∎ Proceed of accurate information about product items transferred to production for the 1st order after development completing.
∎ Work with different internal departments such as Sales, CS, Production, Purchasing for development related issues.
∎ FUNDAMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Quick and accurate sampling; compute costing and finalized product specification
∎ Provide the suitability of samples/ offer alternatives
∎ Monitor the delivery and quality of samples form production
∎ Update & monitor account development status and information accuracy team-mate did for the management review
∎ Assist team leader on special projects
∎ Handle issues that occur during bulk production involving product development dept. with concern person to exchange development activities and sort on time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in costing/ pricing, sampling coordination in label/packaging industry is preferred.
∎ Minimum 2-3 years working experience in relevant field
∎ KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES (KSA's):
∎ Excellent communication skills both in written and oral media.
∎ Experience in operating Office applications. MS word , MS PowerPoint , MS Excel (i.e. Vlook Up)
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Has to be a team player.
∎ Prompt responsiveness.
∎ Quick learning capabilities.
∎ Should have sharp analytical ability.
∎ Should be skilled to chalk out the priority.
