Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate ideas to change, improvise and develop promotional strategies and programs
∎ Plan and arrange brand activation programs
∎ Generate creative ideas and performing activities for creating brand awareness
∎ Monitor competitors branding activities and perform brand protection activities
∎ Writing advertisement copies and contents
∎ Coordinating with the SBU representatives & department heads to meet the requirements
∎ Managing the Social Media channels of the company
∎ Perform any other task as assigned

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Collaborative mindset
∎ Strong creative sense and analytical ability
∎ Creative writing capacity both in English and Bangla,
∎ Proficiency over MS Office Apps
∎ Sound knowledge of social media management.
