Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Inspection Report on Form.com website
∎ S/B Approved/Evaluated from H&M
∎ Update knowledge regarding any kind of information of H&M
∎ Have to ensure H&M procedure and RQS system, MMR issue & specially QMS standard.
∎ Taking the responsibility for Country Routine of Sewing & Finishing for H&M Buyer.
∎ To ensure on-time shipment as per buyers quality standards.
∎ Coordinate with buyer representative in inspection & audit matters.
∎ Follow up overall quality assurance functions of delivering products to H&M.
∎ Audit following areas of garment manufacturing processes: Roaming QA audit, End line Audit, Day final Audit.
∎ Defect detecting & controlling.
∎ Finding problems in garments and make root cause analysis of defects.
∎ Taking the responsibility for assuring the lines are following H&M technical specifications (AQLs: Acceptable Quality Level) and make sure that OQLs (Observed Quality Level) in the line is in line with H & M quality practices.
∎ Assist to take immediate corrective actions and solve the problems.
∎ Continuous assessment and up gradation of the RQS.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 years experience in same position
∎ Positive Leadership approach to lead the team
∎ Good knowledge in Microsoft Office package
∎ Good knowledge in H&M policy & procedure
∎ Good knowledge in quality conformity
