∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Jute Goods/ Jute Yarn

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan and work for achieving shift wise production target.
∎ To control quality parameters to meet buyers requirement.
∎ To setup man power as per machine setup.
∎ To supervise and monitor the process from raw jute to wending section.
∎ To ensure minimum wastage of raw materials.
∎ Train and develop unskilled and semi skilled workers and to ensure maximum utilization of workforce.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have skills to control the running shift as a shift in-charge.
∎ Ability to select batch and batching.
∎ Must have the knowledge about accurate calculative production process of jute.
∎ Must have clear knowledge about inventory of floor production.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ As Per Company Policy.
