∎ MBA/ Masters from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure conformity of all Bank Guarantee received with the specification of Bank Guarantee of the Company.
∎ To maintain & safe-keeping of Bank Guarantee lying in the custody of the Company.
∎ To get the Bank Guarantee issued by different bank branches confirmed by respective Bank Head Office.
∎ To get the extended validity date of Bank Guarantee confirmed by respective Bank Head Office.
∎ To lodge claim for encashment against the Bank Guarantee if necessary well ahead of time so that the same reach the respective Bank Branches before maturity date.
∎ To maintain close liaison with Marketing Department in course of day to day work.
∎ To prepare PI (pro-forma invoice)
∎ To prepare shipping documents and place it to the authority for checking and signing.
∎ To collect the TR challan from L/C issuing bank.
∎ To prepare report on over aging receivables from Dealers & Corporate clients.
∎ Any others task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ At least 2 years' experience for Officer & 3 years' experience for Senior Officer.
∎ Work experience in Bank Recovery Sector will get preference.
∎ Having a clear idea of different management reporting.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge about Bank Guarantee-its purpose, making maturity, renewal /extension of validity, encashment etc.
∎ Excellent Presentation & communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good interpersonal skills, Analytical Skills, and Negotiation skills.
∎ Excellent computer skills in MS office package & Oracle ERP Software.
