Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree with a diploma in computer/ Polytechnique diploma with major in computer or related fields.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing data collection and collation for currently running projects.
∎ Perform data quality assurance through proper data validation and verification.
∎ Data Compilation and generation of summary data tables.
∎ Generate activity reports for MIS stakeholders including local Govt. authorities, as applicable.
∎ Collect, compile, and update Friendship Intervention Database.
∎ Develop map in Google Map with GPS coordinates.
∎ Provide end user support for mobile and web applications used by Friendship in fields.
∎ Provide regular IT support and maintenance for computer, laptop, tab, smartphone etc.
∎ Regular field visit for documentation of Friendship programme implementation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ MIS, Data Management, Dashboard use, Data Presentation, Excel etc.
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ Data compilation and report writing skills.
∎ Knowledge on NGO sector programme data management would be a plus point.
