Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering in any discipline in a recognized institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide Information Technological support to the University and the students.
∎ Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair company technology assets and infrastructures including but not limited to workstations, servers, and networking components.
∎ Maintain inventory of all hardware products and software licenses.
∎ Prepare and implement preventative maintenance schedule for all IT hardware and software.
∎ Keep updated on the latest technology and security risks.
∎ Perform such other duties as may be prescribed or assigned by the university authorities.
∎ May have to perform additional responsibilities of the university.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of network fundamentals, general network setup and device configuration.
∎ Ability to multitask and work under pressure Knowledge of server hardware and disk storage technology.
∎ University work experience in a supervisory role in IT will be given preference.

Salary:
∎ As per the university pay scale
