Educational Requirements:
∎ Master/ Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ All matters concerned with the conduct of examinations and publications of results.
∎ Make arrangement for question paper and necessary copy.
∎ Issue date sheet (examination dates), appoint invigilator, allocate examination center(s) and issue admit cards to the students.
∎ Arrange provision of the examination materials.
∎ Postpone or cancel examination when needed after approval of higher authorities.
∎ Issue transcripts to students.
∎ Conduct examination including circulation of question paper, collect scripts etc.
∎ Deliver answer scrips to the examiners, tabulate for publishing the results and maintain all examination record of the students.
∎ Bring into the notice of the authority all cases of infringement of rules of examinations with full report for disposal.
∎ Ensure and maintain strict secrecy of all information regarding the examinations.
∎ Perform such other duties as may be prescribed or assigned by the university authorities.
∎ May have to perform additional responsibilities of the university.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s) experience as responsible officer in Controller of Examinations office from any recognized University or reputed educational institution.
∎ Good written and oral communication skills in Bangla & English and conversant with the MS-Excel, MS-Word specially in preparing result sheet using grading system.

Salary:
∎ As per the university pay scale
