Job Context:
∎ IIDFC Capital Limited (ICL), a subsidiary of Industrial and Infrastructure Development Finance Company (IIDFC) Limited, is one of the leading merchant bankers in Bangladesh, licensed under Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC).
∎ ICL is looking for a dynamic and talented IT professional who shall be responsible for the development and maintenance of the applications running in ICL. The primary focus shall be on the development/customization of web applications and integrating them with our core systems/backend. Since the aspirant shall be working alongside other developers, commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products are essential for the desired role.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong Object-Oriented Programming skill
∎ Strong problem solving and coding skills
∎ In-depth knowledge of and solid work experience in C#, ASP.NET/MVC framework.
∎ Need to have profound knowledge on SQL queries and Store Procedure
∎ Using DevExpress to create UI.
∎ Experienced on programming languages and database platforms (i.e. C# ASP.NET/MVC/WebForm, SQL-Server, HTML reporting, JQuery).
∎ Maintaining and improving of existing web applications.
∎ Support the existing applications through a regular update, upgrade while maximizing development efficiency.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
∎ Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
∎ Coordinate with the users and other team members.
∎ Knowledge on rules and regulations of CDBL, DSE, CSE & BSEC.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Not over 35 years as on 30th September 2023.
∎ The candidate shall have to serve for a minimum period of 3 years in the Company.
∎ Experience in this similar role from Merchants Bank will be added advantage.
∎ Should have excellent verbal communication skills.
∎ In depth knowledge of database and SQL server.
∎ Experience in Network Support will be necessary.
∎ Should have positive attitude & team spirit and willingness to work under pressure.
