Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters in Management or HRM from reputed University
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation & Benefits, Compliance, Factory HR Admin, Performance Management System, Recruitment & Selection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise & monitor Factory HR & Admin operations.
∎ Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media and others source.
∎ Conduct HR interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
∎ To ensure all recruitment files and personal files are maintained in an organized manner.
∎ Handling HR Operation and Disciplinary procedure & Grievance, Conflict employee relation issues as per labor law.
∎ Prepare necessary Policy & SOP.
∎ Ensure Performance Management System for all Factory employees.
∎ Ensure employees compensation & benefit facilities.
∎ Monitor project according to local laws & regulations and ensure labor security and safety.
∎ Manage dining facilities and ensure labor health, cleanliness and residence.
∎ Monitor labor duty regularly.
∎ Look after Cooperate Security and Administrative issues. Such as Parking, Police, Fire Service, Union Council, Upazila issue etc.
∎ Manage local purchase and vehicle management.
∎ Regular update Employment Status and give report.
∎ Act as a liaison between different departments.
∎ Monitor & control the attendance system of all employees.
∎ Timely submission of Govt. fees and payment of all bills, rents and keep proper records.
∎ Ensure timely maintenance, repair of infrastructure, facility, civil work, transport and office equipment, etc.
∎ Facilitates internal reporting on the performance of each department
∎ Daily working progress reports to the management
∎ Ensure discipline in projects and coordinate between authorities and workers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 30 years
∎ The candidate should have experience in relevant field at least 2 years.
∎ Self-motivated, self-organized and responsible.
∎ Ability to work under minimum supervision.
∎ Good communication and presentation skill
∎ Good command over both Bangla and English language.
∎ Good knowledge in Microsoft office ,ERP

Salary: Negotiable
