Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
∎ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR operations and employee relations.
∎ Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in Bangladesh.
∎ Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office applications.
∎ HR certifications will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ HR Operations: Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives. Coordinate and execute various HR processes, including recruitment, on boarding, employee relations, performance management, and employee separations.
∎ Recruitment and Selection: Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely and efficient recruitment.
∎ Employee Engagement: Promote a positive work environment and employee satisfaction through various engagement initiatives, such as employee events, rewards and recognition programs, and employee feedback mechanisms. Identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement and implement appropriate measures.
∎ Training and Development: Assist in identifying training needs, designing training programs, and coordinating employee development initiatives. Facilitate the implementation of training programs and track employee participation and progress.
∎ HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Generate HR reports and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
∎ Performance Management: Support the performance management process by assisting in setting performance goals, conducting performance appraisals, and providing guidance on performance improvement. Assist in implementing a performance-based culture within the organization.
∎ Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and professional manner. Promote open communication and mediate conflicts or disputes when necessary. Foster a positive and harmonious work environment.
∎ HR Policies and Compliance: Assist in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Keep abreast of HR best practices and industry trends.
∎ Admin Support: Provide administrative support as needed, including managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining office facilities. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth administrative operations.
