∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ - Reconcile the bank book with the bank statements on a monthly basis.
∎ - Maintain Petty cash and reconcile daily cash transactions with cash book
∎ - Prepare reports from time to time on budget variance.
∎ - Willing to work in difficult and rapidly changing conditions.
∎ - Having the ability & willingness to travel everywhere in the country.
∎ - Having knowledge of office management & administration.
∎ - Keying supplier invoices and reconciliation of suppliers’ statements of accounts.
∎ - Prepare customer statements of accounts and calls of trade debtors.
∎ - Generate inventory count sheets and investigate the stock ledger if there is a discrepancy.
∎ - Should have good knowledge of cost analysis, foreign imports.
∎ - Filing of documents, handling petty cash, assisting in Billing
∎ - Assist the Management in other financial and management reports.
∎ - Monitor weekly cash flow, and ensure transactions are recorded, verified, and accounted for accurately.
∎ - Any other related duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ - Age at most 30-35 years
∎ - Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in chemicals/FMCG/Pharmaceutical/ Garments/Textile company.
∎ - Adequate knowledge on MS Office, Excel, photoshop & mail correspondence.
∎ - Time management skills
∎ - Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in Bangla & English and typing speed is must.
∎ - Must be smart, dynamic and have interpersonal skills as well as have the mentality to perform under pressure.
∎ - The applicants should have experience in Accounts, Tax, VAT and Commercial, Tally ERP software, keep record and preserve VAT & Tax related works.
∎ - Adequate knowledge on different types of LC, LC related documents, shipment, H.S Code, Shipping document of all types of import and export
∎ - Knowledge of loan proposal preparation and bank loan management.
