Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree, preferably in Social Sciences. Master's in Public Health (MPH) will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years of relevant working experience. Experience of working with Child Health program of MOHFW is preferable.
∎ Sound knowledge on MOHFW health care delivery system of Bangladesh. Knowledge about child health situation and child health programming.
∎ Strong ability in working with GoB systems
∎ Excellent in resource and people management
∎ Excellent skill on dealing with beneficiaries, local people and elites.
∎ Skill in documentation, facilitation & reporting.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and using of internet/email
∎ Excellent coordination and communications skills
