Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee and manage commercial activities related to end-to-end export
Maintain smooth and professional communication with international buyers such as M&S and GAP.
Handle buyer correspondence through email and phone effectively.
Prepare, analyze, and maintain reports using advanced MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Power Queries etc.).
Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality execution of export operations.
Support daily operational activities related to export management.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, HS code verification, tariffs.
