∎ CA CC (Certificate Level Completed) from a reputed Chartered Accountancy Firm

∎ 1. Financial Reporting & Analysis
∎ 2. Basic knowledge about Accounting Software
∎ 3. Basic Knowledge about Tax & VAT
∎ 4. Bank & Revenue Reconciliation
∎ 5. Strong Attention to Detail & Data Accuracy
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1) Checking all types of purchase bill & review billing process;
∎ 2) Ensuring timely data entry in the accounting software.
∎ 3) Checking & verifying monthly salary sheet and preparation of salary disbursement sheet;
∎ 4) Calculation of doctor consultation fee and preparation of disbursement sheet.
∎ 5) Bank reconciliation & Revenue reconciliation.
∎ 6) Prepare different kinds of financial Report/information related with day to day business transaction (Management Information System).
∎ 7) Checking & verifying inventory balances by periodic physical counting;
∎ 8) Prepare different application letter in both Bengali & English;
∎ 9) Maintain all types document in file which related with Vat & Tax.
∎ 10) Perform any other duties/responsibilities assigned by supervisor.
