Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate any event, activation and partnership requirement
∎ Define the project's objectives and oversee quality control.
∎ Develop holistic plan for any event, activation and partnership
∎ Generate new idea to make the activity more effective
∎ Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
∎ Develop scope of work and align relevant stakeholder
∎ Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
∎ Detail budget exercise of the activity
∎ Conduct agency briefing to collect implementation plan from the agency
∎ Develop reporting mechanism to track progress and success of the activities
∎ Measurement collection and align relevant stakeholder regarding deliverables to ensure on time execution.
∎ Evaluate any sponsorship or partnership proposal
∎ Execute urgent required event /activation
∎ Track project milestones and deliverables.
∎ Bill processing & streamline all BTL vendor & ensure 100% compliance in terms of brand guideline & SOP
∎ Organize sponsored events
∎ Distributor/Employee meet
∎ Stake holder engagement program
∎ Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in advertising, BTL marketing, design and production

Salary: Negotiable
