• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science
• Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Science

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Textile, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Chemical Industries

• Extensive experience in environmental management and occupational health & safety (OHS).

• Strong knowledge of current environmental trends, best practices, and regulatory standards.

• Proven experience in conducting training programs for employees on environmental and OHS compliance.

• Confident in handling audits, including ISO 14001:2015 and other regulatory inspections.

• Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain EHS systems, ensuring organizational compliance and continuous improvement.

• Understanding the operations of Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Water Treatment Plants (WTP), and incinerator.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Environmental Management System (EMS) in compliance with ISO 14001:2015.

• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and corporate EHS standards.

• Oversee and manage ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) and WTP (Water Treatment Plant) operations.

• Supervise incinerator management and ensure safe disposal of hazardous waste.

• Implement and monitor waste & garbage management programs.

• Manage hazardous chemical storage, handling, and disposal in line with compliance requirements.

• Develop, implement, and periodically review the Emergency Action Plan (EAP).

• Conduct risk assessments and implement effective control measures to minimize risks.

• Coordinate with regulatory authorities, certification agencies, and internal stakeholders.

• Lead and support EHS, Energy, and Fire Safety audits, inspections, and projects.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.

• Plan, organize, and deliver employee training, awareness sessions, and safety drills.
