Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Trained on Disaster Science will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): At least 4 years NGO experience, Candidates having similir experience will get preference

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing technical guidance to the project team in planning, implementation, monitoring and coordination of DRR related activities of the project;
∎ Developing module and program for DRR related capacity building interventions of the project;
∎ Documentation, write up and technical report development in DRR interventions of the project;
∎ Overall responsibility of community level DRR risk assessment and mitigation plan development;
∎ Assist Project Manager in drafting annual, quarterly and monthly plans, budget and reports;
∎ DRR capacity development of project staffs and volunteers through mentoring and coaching;
∎ Coordination and maintain liaison with DRR relevant government agencies and other service providers;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by supervisor/management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Familiar with Disaster vulnerability of Cox's Bazar region;
∎ Advanced skills and understanding on DRR tools and issues;
∎ Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point);
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali;
∎ Pro-active and participatory decision-making and problem-solving;
∎ Basic understanding on GIS;
∎ Ability to communicate with people from different cultures and backgrounds;
∎ Possess valid Motor Cycle driving license.

Salary: Tk. 63835 - 68942 (Monthly)
