∎ Clear understanding of technical, social, and institutional issues relating to WASH, DRR and climate changes.
∎ Proficient in writing technical and analytical reports, delivering presentations, and communicating effectively in English with stakeholders.
∎ Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and willingness to travel frequently to field sites.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop successful methodologies, describe, and solve problems in collaboration with staff and make field visits for conducting M&E activities and develop the report.
∎ Support programs and projects planning, budgeting, developing, and implementing in line with NGO Forum’s mission, vision, values, and principles.
∎ Prepare the project monthly, quarterly and completion report along with project best practice following reporting template.
∎ Assist in piloting interventions, research etc. and share best practice/disseminate learning and contribute to knowledge management of the organization.
∎ Develop relevant operational and educational modules of WASH, DRR and climate change interventions.
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with Government sector partners, donors and different national and international working groups.
