Job Context:
∎ Its Head Office based job.
∎ Location: Mohakhali, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect order of chicken from KFC outlets and ensure delivery accordingly.
∎ Short/miscut replacement of KFC outlets.
∎ Collect order of chicken and frozen products from sales force.
∎ Prepare order Top Sheet for approval and forward to factory.
∎ Ensure smooth Delivery of all products as per route plan.
∎ Tea order processing and ensure delivery.
∎ Live birds (chicken) purchase order processing and dealing with suppliers regarding birds size and proper delivery and keep in touch with process production people about their requirement.
∎ Coordinate with warehouse operations and solicit/generate ideas on process improvement.
∎ Responsible for invoice filling & submission after product delivery.
∎ Prepare various type of reports.
∎ Maintain Effective Coordination with all related departments/suppliers/vendors.
∎ Any other assignment as per requirement of the department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good composing speed in Bengali and English (Word, XL, PowerPoint, etc).
∎ Must have sound knowledge in email communication.
∎ Should be energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Excellent communication & coordination skills.
∎ Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary will be increased after 6 month probation period.
