• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.

• Proven leadership, analytical and problem-solving skill and ability.

• Strong writing & oral communication in English and Excellent drafting skills of business letter in English is a must.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Experience in social media management and email marketing campaigns.

• Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).

• Create and post engaging visual and video content regularly in coordination with the design team.

• Prepare monthly content calendars and maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

• Analyze performance reports of campaigns (reach, engagement, conversion) and adjust strategies.

• Collaborate with the creative team for graphics, reels, and ad content.

• Communicate with clients and ensure marketing objectives are met.

• Coordinate product promotions and brand awareness campaigns.

• Manage SEO for website backend, ensuring content optimization and organic growth.
