∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ 3–5 years of experience in production center operations, preferably in a leadership role and work in Quality control Department in renowned RMG Factory.
∎ Center Management.
∎ Quality assurance, Production and Quality control management.
∎ Experience in Rohingya Camp Context will be preferred.
∎ Leadership and team development.
∎ Process optimization and problem-solving.
∎ Quality assurance and operational compliance.
∎ Time management and resource planning.
∎ Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and reporting skills in English and effective interpersonal and negotiation skills, proven through successful interactions with all levels of stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Under the direct support by the Livelihoods unit of UNHCR, NGO Forum has been operating the jute bag and re-usable sanitary pad production centers in the refugee camps where a number of refugee women from the women headed families are engaging in these productions and also earn daily wages that improve the economic conditions of their lives.
∎ For scaling-up the livelihood and self-reliance opportunities for the refugees in Cox’s Bazar in Bangladesh, with the support of UNHCR, NGO Forum is seeking a qualified candidate for its skills and livelihoods services for the refugees living at Bhasan Char in Bangladesh. The main objective of this position is to carry out the duties and responsibilities of Senior Officer Center Operation for the "Self-Reliance and Livelihoods Project" in Cox’s Bazar in order to ensure that the productions of Self Reliance intervention is manufactured as effectively as possible while maintaining the highest level of standards and quality.
∎ Develop and implement production plans to meet deadlines and quality standards.
∎ Coordinate with teams to allocate resources, manage schedules, and resolve production and quality- related challenges.
∎ Supervise day to day Production and quality assurance activities & ensure the quality of the products as per requirement and standard.
∎ Oversee daily operations of the production center, ensuring smooth execution of processes.
∎ Monitor inventory of raw materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability for uninterrupted production.
∎ Manage procurement processes and track usage to optimize costs and minimize wastage.
∎ Ensure accurate records of production and provide quality control reports to the relevant supervisor.
∎ Ensure the preparation of on-time reports for managerial decision-making.
∎ Prepare reports, including the Finished Goods Report and Stock Reconciliation Report, to provide insights into the status of finished goods and inventory.
∎ Ensure volunteer payment timely
∎ Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
∎ Maintain liaison with Government officials and relevant stakeholders
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Project Management Unit.
