∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales, Marketing, Market Research
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Head of market research and business development.
∎ Assist companies to acquire new customers and to diversify its clientele.
∎ They are to be high-level sales professionals.
∎ Attending conferences, meetings and identify events.
∎ Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
∎ Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads & potential new markets.
∎ Contacting potential clients via e-mail or phone to establish rapport.
∎ Preparing power point presentation and sales display.
∎ Develop quotes & proposals.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office.
∎ Training personnel and helping team members to develop their skills.
∎ Planning and organizing new marketing initiative.
∎ In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.
∎ Preserve all the test report & business related documents.
∎ Any other work assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 33 years
∎ Sound knowledge on Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Software Programs.
∎ Having experience in steel, cement sector will get preference.
∎ Good interpersonal skills, Pleasant personality, energetic, hardworking & honest.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer operation (MS Office, e-mail & internet browsing).
∎ Positive attitude & committed.
