Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Assist in planning and executing campaigns and offers and maintain brand strategy and essence
∎ 2. Actively support data appreciation to understand service performance trends and customer behaviour
∎ 3. Develop customer segment wise communication strategy, communication effectiveness testing, ideation and plan for ATL, BTL, and Digital activities and communication
∎ 4. Support Annual brand plan and roadmap development
∎ 5. Coordinate with Brand Partners, and business vertical teams to discuss, develop, update, and monitor communication activities as per agreed campaign timeline
∎ 6. Drive assigned brand value or image campaigns from brief development to execution and post execution monitoring
∎ 7. Collecting monthly/weekly reports, creative delivery sign-off documents from Advertising Agency, in-house creative, and other relevant teams to prepare a weekly update report
∎ 8. Supervise creative quality scoring and recording of creative agency and in-house creative for all campaigns and projects
∎ 9. Assist with a broad range of research efforts, including surveys, analysis of secondary data, and qualitative methods to gain a deeper understanding of consumers and key opinion formers
∎ Support to build brand awareness and reach actual and potential target group
∎ Required:
∎ -At least Bachelor Degree in Marketing
∎ -2 to 3 years of experience in Brand, Strategy, Marketing, Communication Preferably from FMCG, Multinationals, Advertisement Farms, Telco background.
