Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting or relevant discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years of working experience in Finance department of a national or international organization.
∎ S/he should have experience of budgeting and budget management and proven track record in producing quality reports.
∎ Sound knowledge on major donors' guidelines (e.g. ECHO, UN, Sida, USAID, DFAT etc.)
∎ Should have the ability to analyze complex financial data and produce reports for management decision
∎ Hands-on experience on MS Office package, particularly in Excel
