Job Responsibilities:
∎ This role involves regular reconciliation of related Nostro, TP-GL, Sundry and Suspense account of all card transaction. Individual must be having knowledge of Financial Control Policy (FCP). Detail knowhow about card Sundry / Suspense/ TP-GL/ Other GL / Income Expenditure account. Usage and type of entry gets posted in various Card accounts.
∎ Ensure all process/ policies/ reports and system supports are there for timely completion of reconciliation. Gaps are highlighted and properly closed. Open items must escalated to seniors and close in regular interval as per bank and regulatory policy.
∎ Must have experience of handling all kind of card settlement and dispute including Islamic Credit and Debit card keeping relevant Sariah guideline in mind.
∎ Individual should have experience of handling E-Commerce/ digital transaction acquiring & issuing settlement, Dispute and reconciliation process.
∎ Assist Unit Head & Department Head to manage the overall activities of the unit to achieve the common goal.
∎ Ensure operational disciplines such as capacity and risk management are well embedded, measured and tracked.
∎ Ensure efficient processing & faster completion of assigned responsibility.
∎ Drive continuous improvement in productivity and Cost Efficiencies.
∎ Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and requirements.
∎ Introduce best practice to standardize and automate as much as possible.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year in Cards Accounts/Financials and Reconciliation area including handling of Islamic card and E-commerce portfolio.
∎ High level of judgment and ability to manage complexities is a must, given the portfolio dynamic. This job requires analytical ability with high level of management and leadership skills.
∎ Develop and familiarize with the existing systems/software and build thorough knowledge of the front and back office processes of the products to ensure smooth running of the card portfolio/ business.
