Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, deploy, monitor and troubleshoot ISP networks using a variety of network equipment, software and protocols.
∎ Plan, design, implement, monitor and maintain the enterprise networks.
∎ Define, evaluate and approve design and/or configuration changes.
∎ Install, configure, and support networking and security equipment from a wide range of industry leading vendors including Huawei, Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, HP.
∎ Interface with multiple departments as the expert networking resource to assess, recommend, project plan and implement network solutions in support of business initiatives.
∎ Proactively monitor and report on overall network service performance and take action to correct deficiencies in monitoring and controlling the quality of network services.
∎ Provide highest level escalation expertise for network operations trouble resolution
∎ Analyzing systems and data to make recommendations for greater network performance
∎ Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks.
∎ Develop research programs incorporating current developments to improve existing products and study the potential of new products.
∎ Monitor DC-DR & Core Network performance statistics, troubleshoot problem areas - Identify and remedy performance bottlenecks
∎ Troubleshoot all types of core network issues.
∎ Configure, Troubleshoot and Maintain POPs.
∎ Attending different technical meetings and trying to provide exact solutions as per client requirement..
