Additional Requirements:

• Age At least 30 years

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in enterprise networking and cyber security roles.

• Practical experience in the Bangladesh ICT infrastructure and data center projects is preferred.

• Certifications: Cisco (CCNP/CCIE), Fortinet NSE, Juniper, Huawei HCNP, Sophos Certified Engineer, or equivalent.

• Hands-on experience in firewall policy management, network access control, and secure infrastructure design.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and manage complex enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Data Center, Wireless).

• Implement and manage advanced cybersecurity measures including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, endpoint security and DLP solutions.

• Work with Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, Fortinet, Sophos and other vendors for network and security deployment.

• Perform vulnerability assessments, penetration testing and enforce compliance policies.

• Manage and monitor passive infrastructure including fiber cabling, patch panels, server racks and structured cabling.

• Lead network troubleshooting, root cause analysis and performance optimization.

• Prepare documentation including network diagrams, configuration standards and security procedures.

• Mentor and guide junior engineers and ensure successful implementation of projects.

• Coordinate with ISPs, data center providers and other third-party vendors.

• Conduct regular network audits and risk assessments.

• Ensure business continuity through backup and disaster recovery plans.
