Responsibilities & Context:
100% Export- Oriented Garments Buying House.
Closely monitor sampling approval process and liaise with clients for approval to go ahead.
Reviewing customer feedback to predict sales trends and seasonal stock demand.
Work on product development and the price proposal for the clients.
Work within world knit’s corporate culture, designated objectives to achieve customer satisfaction and meet the kpis for operational excellence.
Manage and coordinate with internal stakeholders and the supply chain to meet customers’ needs.
Keep track of the position of the order that is being processed in the factory from development stage up to bank.
Monitoring key milestones, sampling, production and intervenes between cost constraints, quality standard, required quantity and agreed delivery schedules.
Performance management.
Training and development.
Any other duties assigned by the management if and when required basis.
